    Responsibilities

    Duties In Information Technology, the company offers an excellent opportunity to provide PC hardware and software support for users who utilize Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office suite of applications to effectively maximize transaction processing and reporting. The incumbent will, provide support for PCs and printers connected to wired and wireless local area networks at multiple NPI sites located in Neenah, WI, Menasha, WI and Appleton, WI. All NPI sites are connected to a 3rd party data center over a MPLS wide area network or over remote VPN connections.
     

    Qualifications

    Other Qualifications The incumbent should have either recently completed or be near completion of a minimum of a two year computer related degree and possess advanced technical troubleshooting and analysis skills. The incumbent should be highly proficient with Microsoft Office 2013/2016/365, PC's and printers.  The incumbent must be able to work 30-40 hours per week.
