Overview

Brief Overview:
The Office Manager will work as a Job Share with incumbent 8 hours per day Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday of each week coordinating office services for planning, transportation, marketing, finance, and customer service personnel at the Neenah Service Center.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Supporting 90 employees located at the Neenah Service Center and 25 employees at two other office buildings within the Fox Cities and the Guest House in Whiting, WI including but not limited to:
- Ordering lunches.
- Scheduling repairs and contract daily maintenance services for the 3 office buildings and the Whiting, WI Guest House.
- Back-up for ordering Office Supplies including business cards and off-site records retention.
- Coordinating Customer Visits.
- Processing International Sales Director’s expense reports.
- Process NAFTA certificates to Neenah’s customers who ship internationally.
- Approve Account Payables Invoices.
- Coordinate local charity fund-raising activities.
- Coordinate special events usually on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• High School or GED diploma.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent numerical reasoning combining speed and accuracy.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with internal and external customers.
• Good Problem Solving skills with ability to think logically.
• Be proficient at multi-tasking.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Excel and Word. Oracle experience a plus.
